paperboy

a brunch spot and cafe for the hipsters of Paris

Paris has no shortage of charmingly French cafés and bistros to stop by for an espresso and a cigarette while you stare off into the distance imagining your best Parisian life. Paperboy is not one of these. Paperboy is a lunchy cafe for the people. The cool kids of Paris who hang out in the 11e and want a spot to chat up a friend, grab a bite, hang out a bit in the small but inviting space.

The daytime cafe serves up hot and cold coffees and teas as well as brunch sets and sandwiches that feel vaguely American (Californian, if I may?) but in a more stylish way because after all, we’re still in Paris. The space evokes a sense of casual street style, as do the hipsters coming in and out. On weekends, it’s a bustling brunch spot. On a weekday afternoon, it actually makes for a decent coffee shop to get some work done.
